Green salad with Rocca and Stamnagathi and Honey Sauce

Who said that salads are just greenery? Who said salad is a boring accompaniment to the main meal? Probably those who have never tried to imagine a little and turn their salad from a simple salad with lettuce and cucumber to a full meal.
