It is produced from the rare, ancient, indigenous variety "Koutsourelia" or otherwise "Patrini", which grows in Chalandritsa, Achaia, at the foot of Mount Erymanthos (Natura 2000 Protected Area).
This ancient Greek, unique and rare variety thrives in the area for more than six centuries, has high quality nutritional characteristics, with strong health properties.
