Mallow is used as a softener to relieve upper respiratory tract inflammation and irritating cough.

Sage 
Sage is a potent antiseptic and acts against upper respiratory tract infections..

Use
As an infusion add a teaspoon of the blend in 96oC water. Allow it to sit for 8-10 minutes in a covered pot and then strain. The mixture can be consumed 3-5 times a day.
