The limited premium is a rare extra virgin olive oil made from the centuries old Lianoli olive variety. The olives are picked from the family olive groves which range from 100-500 years old. This early harvest EVOO is produced in extremely small quantities. There is only a small window to pick the olives before they ripen to ensure this natural product’s health benefits are optimised.
