- 4 fresh chicken legs, skin removed
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp Navarino Icons Sea Salt with Rosemary
- 2 tbsp Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 large garlic cloves, crushed to a pulp
- 1 cm piece of root ginger, finely grated
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp hot chilli powder
- 25 gr raw cashew nuts
- 25 gr seedless raisins
- 1.5 tbsp Navarino Icons Mandarin Marmalade
- Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil to drizzle
