Pamako is the 5th best olive oil in the world and a much smaller producer (100k bottles vs millions of bottles that the top 4 producers make). Pamako doesn't sell directly to the US, so I'm very thankful to Elenianna for shipping. this glorious product to the US. Super healthy benefits - daily consumption of just 7 grams of PAMAKO protects blood lipids from oxidative stress.

The Pamako Ultra is an excellant blend of oil. I daily take 1 3/4 tbl spoons daily. This oil has an excellant taste and consistency.
